Project Manager

Job Overview

The HVAC Project Manager will oversee new projects for The BP Group and will be responsible for assessing the site of a new HVAC installation or renovation project as well as putting together a bid. Therefore, the Project Manager must be able to create a definitive list of the parts and labor that will be necessary to complete a project to the client’s specifications. This includes a thorough evaluation of the current HVAC system or assessing the client’s needs for a new HVAC system and the ability to determine which parts can be kept and which must be replaced.

Who and Where?

  • Additionally, working with internal design team, clients, vendors, and contractors.
  • Ability to perform construction administration while traveling to the Metro area (for field inspections).


  • Ability to work 40 hours per week.
  • Required supervision of at least one employee.
  • 2+ years of prior job experience within Mechanical or HVAC engineering
  • Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable
